Can I pick up my order?

Local pick up is available in Aldergrove, not far from Highway One.
Choose the "pickup option" when you order and we will arrange with you via email.

Please ensure you can pick up your order within 1 week of purchase.

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday after your order is placed.

 

What should I do when my plants arrive?

We strongly suggest not re-potting your plant for at least 1-2 weeks once you receive it to allow it to acclimatize to your home's environment. Be sure to give your new plant some water if it seems thirsty.

 

Can I return my plant or item for a refund?

Your happiness is important to us. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to identify any damaged items or errors, so we can attempt to make it right.

Please note: There will be no refunds or exchanges on live plants unless you have received the wrong items. We are not responsible for issues or delays with shipping.

For non-plant items please reach out to us and we will try to rectify any issues as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to cancel your order a 10% restocking fee applies.

Pest Policy: Although we take the utmost care to avoid any sort of pests, they are not completely avoidable. With that in mind we cannot offer refunds on plants with pests. However, please reach out to us if you have issues and we can offer advice or tips to deal with pests. I suggest isolating your plants for 1-2 weeks when you receive them to avoid any potential issues.
